Cancellation within 10 days (for guests booking 01-04 rooms) & within 14 days (for guests booking 05 rooms or more) from the date of arrival: penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the total room fee and pre-booked services.
Cancellation within 05 days (for guests booking 01 - 04 rooms) & within 08 days (for guests booking 05 rooms or more) from the date of arrival: penalty fee equivalent to 100% of the total room fee and pre-booked services.
Early check-out (guest checks out earlier than planned) & No-show (guest does not check in on the booked date): penalty fee equivalent to 100% of total room fee and services pre-booked service.
In case of room cancellation due to natural disasters, epidemics, etc., the two parties will negotiate a settlement.
